Maple-Sage Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
1 T. maple syrup
1 t. fresh sage, chopped
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. black pepper
1 (1 lb) pork tenderloin, trimmed
cooking spray
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag; seal and turn to coat.  Marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 400

Remove pork from bag.  Place pork on foil-line baking sheet coated with cooking spray.  Bake at 400 for 25 minutes or until thermometer registers 145.  Cover loosely with foil; let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
