All Purpose Stir Fry Sauce

Ingredients
 1/4 cup light soy sauce
1/4 cup all purpose soy sauce 
1/2 cup oyster sauce
1/4 cup Chinese wine 
1/4 cup cornstarch / cornflour
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 - 2 tsp ground white pepper
Directions
Combine ingredients in a jar and shake to combine. Store in fridge and shake before use.

To use combine as desired: 1-1/2 C. noodles, 1/2 C. protein, 2 C. vegetables, 2 T. sauce, 4 T. water (or pineapple or orange juice), 1 t. base flavouring, other optional flavours.  Ideas for base flavour can be minced garlic, minced ginger, minced fresh chillies.  Optional flavours can be Sriracha, Chilli Bean Paste or other Spicy addition, Sweet chilli sauce, Rice vinegar - for a touch of tartness,  Fresh cilantro / coriander leaves, or thai basil - for freshness, Garlic or ordinary chives, chopped, Pinch of Chinese five spice powder
