Protein Powder Oatmeal

Ingredients
Gluten-free long-cooking or steel-cut oatmeal
1 t. cinnamon
1-2 T. chopped nuts
1 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder
Directions
Prepare oatmeal as directed for 1 serving.  Toward end of cooking, add cinnamon.  Remove from heat and add chopped nuts and liquified protein powder.  Stir well.

** Can substitute coconut milk for water
