Basic Virgin Vinaigrette

Ingredients
2 T. + 1 t. vinegar
1/2 C. EVOO
1/2 t. sea salt
1/2 t. freshly cracked black pepper
Directions
Whisk all ingredients together.

Variations:
** For Dijon Vinaigrette add 2 T. grainy Dijon mustard
** For Garlic Basil Vinaigrette add 1 minced garlic clove and 1 bunch chopped fresh basil
** For Country French Vinaigrette add 1 t. Herbs de Provence
