1 head Kale, washed and thoroughly dried 2 T. EVOO sea salt for sprinkling
Preheat oven to 275. Remove the ribs from the kale and cut into 1-1/2" pieces. Lay on a baking sheet and toss with olive oil and salt. Bake 10-20 minutes until crisp turning leaves halfway through. Watch closely.
