2 Sweet Potatoes, washed, skin-on, cut into 1/2"x1-1/2" strips 1-1/2 T. coconut or palm fruit oil 1 t. sea salt 1 t. paprika
Preheat oven to 400-420. In a bowl, toss the sweet potato, oil, sea salt and paprika. Place strips on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20-28 minutes, depending on consistency desired, tossing every 5-6 minutes to cook evenly.
