Green Coconut Protein Shake

Ingredients
2 scoops vanilla vegan protein powder
1 C. unsweetened coconut milk
1 C. organic baby kale or baby spinach
1/4 small ripe avocado
1/4 med apple, peeled and cut into chunks
2 t. chia seeds
1/4 t. coconut extract
1/4-1/2 C. cold water (can sub with ice for colder thicker shake)
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a blender.  Mix on high speed until smooth.  Thin with additional cold water if desired.
