1.5 C. oil (neutral flavored) 1/2 C. red wine vinegar 1/4 C. honey 3-4 chipotles in adobo sauce 1 T. adobo sauce 1 t. oregano 1/2 t. cumin 1 t. salt freshly cracked black pepper squeeze of lime splash of water
Add ingredients to blender or food processor and give it a few pulses to combine. Adjust sugar and number of chipotles for either more heat or sweetness depending on your preference.
