4 oz. dried bowtie pasta
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 medium zucchini and/or squash, cut into 1/2-inch slices
1 medium red onion, sliced
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1. Cook pasta, according to directions
2. Melt butter in skillet until sizzling. Add garlic and remaining ingredients, except pasta and cheese.
3. Cook over medium heat until vegetables are crispy tender (4-6 min.)
4. Stir in cooked pasta and cook until heated through (2-3 min.). Stir in cheese and serve immediately.
