4 oz. gemelli pasta 1/3 Cup sweet and sour sauce 2 Tbsp. vegetable broth 10 oz. pkg. frozen baby carrots 8 oz. pkg. frozen sugar snap peas 1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro pepper
1. Cook pasta according to directions on box. 2. Heat sweet and sour sauce and broth in skillet 1-2 minutes. Add peas, carrots and salt. Cook until vegetables are crispy. 3. Add cooked pasta and heat 2-3 minutes. Stir in cilantro and serve
