Pork Chops with Cranberry Dijon Sauce

Ingredients
1 med. apple, peeled and thinly sliced
2 T. dried cranberries
2 T. Dijon mustard
1 T. cider vinegar
1 T. honey
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 t. dried thyme
1/8 t. rubbed sage
1/8 t. dried rosemary, crushed
1/8 t. pepper
dash salt
dash ground nutmeg
4 (4 oz.) boneless pork loin chops
1 T. butter
Directions
In a small bowl, combine the first 12 ingredients.  In a large skillet, brown pork chops in butter.  Stir in fruit mixture.  Bring to a boil.  Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 3-4 minutes on each side or until meat thermometer reads 145.
