2 C. oat groats 1/4 C. water 1/4 C. almond milk 1/4 C. maple syrup 1/2 t. ground cinnamon 1/4 t. salt 1 large apple, peeled and chopped 1-1/2 C. blueberries
Place groats in a large bowl. Cover with water to 2 inches above groats; cover and let stand overnight. Drain and rinse groats, repeat soaking and draining procedure. Combine groats, 1/4 C. water, almond milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt in a food processor; process until smooth. Add apple, and process until smooth. Place 1/2 C. oatmeal mixture into each of 6 bowls, and top with 1/4 C. berries. 6 servings 285 calories, 4.3g fat, 8.3g protein, 56.9g carbs, 7.3g fiber, 108mg sodium
