Spiced Salmon

Ingredients
2 T. brown sugar
4 t. chili powder
2 t. grated lemon powder
3/4 t. ground cumin
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. ground cinnamon
4 salmon fillets (4 oz each)
Directions
Combine the first 6 ingredients; rub over salmon.  Bake at 350 F for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
