1 lb. lean ground turkey
1 tsp. garlic-pepper blend, divided
3-1/2 C. water
1 (1.5oz) pkg. beef stroganoff sauce mix
6 oz. uncooked medium egg noodles
1/2 C. fat-free sour cream
1 Tbsp. chopped chives
1. In large skillet, combine ground turkey and 1/2 tsp. garlic-pepper blend; cook over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink, stirring frequently.
2. Add water, sauce mix and noodles and remaining garlic-pepper blend; mix well. Bring to boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook 6-8 minutes or until noodles are tender; stirring occasionally.
3. Add sour cream; mix well. Cook and stir just until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with chives.
