Glazed Chicken

Ingredients
1 (16oz) jar orange marmalade
1/3 C. soy sauce
1/4 C. cider vinegar
salt and pepper, to taste
2 cloves garlic
1 broiler-fryer chicken, quartered (2-3lbs)
Directions
1. In small bowl combine marmalade, soy sauce, vinegar and garlic

2. Brush chicken with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Grill skin side up for about 20-25 minutes.

3. Brish with mixture and grill about 15-20 minutes longer
