Triple Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
6 medium chicken breast halves (boneless or bone-in)
1/2 C. ricotta cheese
1/2 C. fontina cheese or mozzarella cheese
1/3 C. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
2 tsp. fresh basil (1/2 tsp dried)
1 tsp. fresh oregano (1/4 tsp. dried)
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1 tsp. olive oil or cooking oil
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients except chicken and oil to make stuffing.  Place stuffing into the center of butterflied chicken and tie shut (or with bone-in, place under skin).

2. Brush with oil and bake in 375 degree oven for 45-55 minutes
