Chicken Thighs with Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 C. Dijon mustard
1/4 C. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
8-10 chicken thighs
Directions
Combine the mustard, soy sauce, oil, ginger and garlic in large bowl.  Add chicken and let stand 45 minutes to 1 hour covered.  Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.  Can also be grilled.
