1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 8 pieces
1 (4oz.) can mushroom pieces and stems, drained (8oz. fresh)
1 pkg. Hamburger Helper stroganoff
2-1/2 C. hot water
1 C. milk
1 (3oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into cubes and softened
1. Spray 10-inch skillet with non-stick cooking spray over medium-high heat. Cook chicken in margarine, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
2. Stir in mushrooms; cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in hot water, sauce mix, 1 C. milk and the cream cheese. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Stir in uncooked Pasta; heat to boiling.
3. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
