1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, trimmed of fat, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 (12oz.) jar homestyle beef gravy
1 C. beef broth
3 tsp. paprika
1-1/2 oz (2 C.) uncooked medium no-yolk egg noodles
1 C. frozen sweet peas
1/2 C. light sour cream
1. Spray 12 inch non-stick skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef and onions; sprinkle with garlic salt. Cook 4-6 minutes or until beef is browned, stirring frequently.
2. Add gravy, broth and paprika; mix well. Stir in uncooked egg noodles and peas. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook about 10 minutes or until beef and noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in sour cream until well blended and serve immediately.
