Swiss Steak Stew

Ingredients
1/4 C. flour
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1-1/2 lbs boneless beef round steak, cut into 6 pieces
1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes with garlic and oregano
3/4 C. water
1 lg. onion, halved and thinly sliced
1 med. green onion, sliced
1 C. frozen corn 
Directions
1. In bowl combine flour and seasoned salt.  Add beef pieces and turn to coat.

2. Spray large non-stick skillet with cooking spray.  Heat over med-high heat till hot and add beef.  Cook 5-6 minutes until brown on both sides

3. Meanwhile, add tomatoes and water to remaining flour mixture.

4.  In crockpot layer potatoes, browned beef, onion and bell peppers.  Pour tomato mixture over top.  Cover and cook 7-8 hours until beef is tender.  Add corn, cover and cook an additional 15-20 minutes.
