Peach-Mustard Glazed Ham

Ingredients
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. spicy brown mustard
1/3 C. peach or apricot nectar
1 lb. cooked ham slice, cut 3/4-1 inch thick
4 medium peaches, peeled and halved lengthwise
2 small green and/or red sweet peppers, each cut crosswise into 4 rings
Directions
1. For glaze, in a small bowl, combine brown sugar and mustard. Gradually whisk in the peach or apricot nectar until smooth. To prevent ham from curling, make shallow cuts around the edge at 1-inch intervals. Brush one side of the ham slice with glaze.

2. Grill ham, glaze side down, on the greased rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium hot coals for 6 minutes. Turn ham. Top with peaches and peppers. Brush ham, peaches and peppers with glaze. Grill for 6-10 minutes or until heated through, brushing occasionally with glaze.
