1 lb. fully cooked center-cut ham. 1/2-inch thick and trimmed of fat 1/4 C. BBQ sauce 2 Tbsp. apple jelly 1/4 tsp. ginger
1. Spray large non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add ham; cook until lightly browned on both sides. Drain and discard pan drippings. 2. In small bowl combine BBQ sauce, jelly and ginger; mix well. Spoon mixture over ham, turn to coat. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook 3-5 minutes or until ham is glazed and thoroughly heated.
