Peach and Mustard Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
1/2 C. peach preserves
2 Tbsp. dijon mustard
2 tsp. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Pork Tenderloins (about 3/4 lb. each)
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients except Pork to make Peach mustard marinade.  Marinade pork 1-8 hours, turning occasionally.

2. Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat.  Remove pork from marinade; reserve marinade.  Cover and grill pork 4-5 inches from medium heat 20-25 minutes, brushing occasionally with marinade and turning once. until pork is slightly pink in center.

3. Heat remaining marinade to boilinh; boil and stir 1 minutes.  Cut pork into slices and serve with marinade.
