8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 1/2 C. sugar 1 tsp. brandy extract 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 C. whipping cream assorted fresh fruit
Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, extract and lemon juice, mixing until well blended. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon mixture onto waxed paper covered cookie sheet to form eight shells; freeze. Fill center of each shell with fruit before serving.
