Garlic Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
3 heaping T. corn starch
4 C. milk, divided
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 to 1-1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Directions
Blend cornstarch with 1 C. milk.  Add this to 3 C. milk in top of double boiler.  Add 1 tsp. garlic salt.  Stir continuously until mixture thickens.  Add 2 crushed garlic cloves.  Add Velveeta cheese.

Using spring wisk, stir until cheese is melted.  Add more cheese as neccesary to reach desired consistency.  Serve over baked potatoes.
