2 lbs. chopped meat salt and pepper 2 eggs 3/4 C. matzo meal 1/4 C. tomato juice 1-1/2 C. matzo farfel 3 T. minced onion 1/3 C. hot water 3 T. melted margarine 1 can tomato sauce
Combine meat with seasoning, matzo meal and juice. Place mixture between 2 sheets of waxed paper and presd out into 1/2 inch rectangle. Combine farfel with onion, hot water and margarine. Remove top sheet of paper and spread meat surface with the filling mixture. Roll firmly, like jelly roll, using wax paper to guide the meat. Place in greased shallow pan and cover with sauce. Bake in 350 degree oven for one hour.
