Meatballs: 2 lbs. chop meat 2/3 C. matzo meal 1/2 C. water 2 eggs, slightly beaten Sauce: 1 lg. onion 1/4 C. lemon juice 1/2 C. sugar 2 cans tomato sauce 1/2 C. water
Combine ingredients for meatballs and shape. Combine sauce ingredients in a large pot. Add meatballs and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 1 hour. Freezes well.
