3 lbs. chicken cutlets, cut up matzo meal salt pepper garlic powder 2 medium onions 6 stalks celery, chopped 6 carrots, thinly sliced 1 lb. mushrooms, sliced 3 C. chicken soup
1. Roll chicken in mixture of matzo meal and spices 2. Brown in oil and place in 3 qt. dish 3. Saute vegetables in oil until tender 4. Place in pan with chicken; heat soup and pour over chicken and vegetables 5. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1-1/2 hours
