4 eggs 1 C. sugar 1/2 C. oil 1 tsp. vanilla 1 C. cake meal 1/4 C. potato starch 1/2 C. golden raisins 1/2 C. slivered almonds sugar and cinnamon
1. Beat eggs. Add sugar and continue beating. Beat in oil. Slowly add vanilla, cake meal and potato starch. Fold in nuts and raisins. 2. Grease 2 aluminum refrigerator trays and line with wax paper. Divide mixture into two pans and bake 40 minutes in 350 degree oven. Remove from oven, slice, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and return to 300 degree oven for 15 minutes to toast
