3 C. flour 1 t. baking powder 1/4 t. baking soda 1/2 t. salt 1/2 C. margarine 1 C. sugar 1 C. firmly packed brown sugar 1 egg 1/4 C. milk 2 T. lemon juice 3 C. cranberries (stemmed and chopped) 1 C. chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Measure flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into a bowl; stir well with a fork to mix. 3. Cream butter and sugars in a large bowl until fluffy; add egg, milk and lemon juice. Stir in flour mixture, a little at a time, until well blended. Stir in cranberries and chocolate chips. 4. Drop dough by teaspoonful about 1 inch apart onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until firm and golden. Remove from cookie sheet to wire racks; cool.
