3 C. flour 1/2 t. salt 1-1/4 C. butter 1 C. sugar 2 eggs 2 T. vanilla apricot jam finely chopped walnuts
1. Cream butter and sugar. Blend in eggs. Gradually add dry ingredients. 2. Press through cookie press onto ungreased cookie sheet. Spoon 1/4 t. apricot jam into center of cookie. Sprinkle with walnuts. 3. bake in 375 degree oven for 10-12 minutes or until delicately browned
