Pampered Chef Old Fashioned Potato Salad

Ingredients
1-1/2 lbs. unpeeled red potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/2 C.  mayonnaise
1 T. yellow mustard
2 t. cider vinegar
1 celery stalk, diced
6 radishes, thinly sliced
1/2 small cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
2 T. finely chopped onion
salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
1. Place potatoes in dutch oven, cover with water and bring to a boil.  Cook until tender, abot 10 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise, mustard and vinegar in large bowl.  Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
3. Drain and rinse potatoes under cold running water.  Add to ingredients in bowl; mix gently.  Season, to taste with salt and pepper.  Spoon salad into chiled bowl and serve.
