Cedar Planked Salmon w/ Soy Ginger Marinade

Ingredients
2 T. minced garlic
2 T. soy sauce
1 T. grated fresh ginger
2 T. finely chopped fresh parsley
1/4 C. olive oil
1-1/2 lbs fresh salmon fillets
1 T. sesame seeds, toasted
2 T. finely chopped green onions
soaked grilling plank
Directions
Combine garlic through oil in a large plastic zip bag.  Shake to combine.  Cut 3 shallow slits into large salmon fillet, to but not through, the skin.  Add salmon to marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes, turning once.  

Heat grill to 350 degrees, place soaked plank on grill and close lid.  Allow plank to heat 2-3 minutes until a light smoke develops.  Place salmon on plank, close lid and grill for 12-15 minutes or until salmon is slightly pink in center (fish will continue to cook after removing from grill).  Remove fish and plank from grill, top with sesame seeds and green onions and serve
