1 tsp. grated lemon peel 3 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. Dijon mustard 1 tsp. anchovy paste, if desired 1 tsp. White Wine Worcestershire Sauce 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 C. olive oil or vegetable oil 1 Tbsp. sour cream
Beat all ingredients except oil and sour cream in medium bowl with wire whisk until blended. Gradually add oil, beating constantly, until smooth. Beat in sour cream until smooth.
