1/3 C. olive oil 1/3 C. real maple syrup 1/3 C. dijon
1. Shake all ingredients in tightly covered container. Cover and store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks. 2. Drizzle on steamed asparagus, brussels sprouts or new potatoes Variation: to 1/2 C. of maple dijon sauce mix 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar and 1/4 C. cranberry juice cocktail.
