Peach Custard (Grandmom Bradbury)

Ingredients
Your personal Pie Crust favorite
Cinnamon to taste

Enough sliced Peaches to create about two loose layers in the pan

Custard:
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Grandmom always used a 12x16 rectangular pan with a 1" side.

1.  Preheat over to 425
2.  Prepare custard by mixing all ingredients together (set aside)
3.  Roll pie crust to fit whatever size pan you use
4.  Cut peaches and add lots of sugar (not sure what "lots" means so experiment)
5.  Layer peaches onto pie crust and cover with custard mixture
6.  Sprinkle cinnamon on top
7.  Place in oven for 1/2 hour.  After 1/2 hour lower temperature to 350 and cook for about 1 more hour.

Allow to cool and cut into about 4 inch squares for serving.
