1 Lb Sausage or Ham 6 slightly beaten eggs 2 Cups Milk 1/2 tsp dry mustard 2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese 2 slice white bread torn into pieces

Mix all ingredients together and pour into 9x13 baking dish 4. Cover and refrigerate several hours 5. Remove from refrigerator and bake for 40 minutes
