1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 Lb Ham Loaf mix
1/2 Cup bread crumbs
1/2 Cup finely chopped onions
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp dry mustard
3 pineapple slices, halved
1/2 Cup sour cream
We used to have this a lot when we lived in Cleveland. Was a great meal.
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Mix 1/3 cup soup, meat, onion, breadcrumbs, effs and mustard
3. Shape mixture into loaf
4. Press pineapple deeply into loaf
5. Place loaf in shallow baking pan and cook for 1 1/4 hours
Sauce:
1. Blend soup, sour cream and heat stirring occasionally
2. Serve over the loaf
