Serves ? 1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Cook carrots - not too soft - drain 3. Put butter in sauce pan and cook onions slightly 4. Slowly stir in flour, salts, pepper and mustard. Remove from stove. 5. Add milk and stir. Return to heat and until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted 6. In 2Qt casserole dish, combine carrots and cheese sauceuntil dish is filled 7. Cover with breadcrumbs 8. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes ** I'd like to try with about 1/2 the cheese
