6 - 10 Lb Rib Roast Seasoning as desired
Preheat oven to 375 1. Allow rib roast to reach room temperature 2. Bake in oven for 1 hour 3. Turn off oven and DO NOT OPEN DOOR 4. Before start of dinner turn oven on to 300 Rare: 45 minutes or 120 - 125 degrees Med: 50 minutes or 140 30 - 140 degrees Well: 55 minutes or 140 - 150 degrees 5. Check internal temp to ensure desired degree of doneness Rare: 125 - 130 Med Rare: 130 - 140 Medium: 140 - 150 Med Well: 150 - 155 Well: > 160
