3-4 Lbs Ground Turkey
3 or more packages of chili mix
3 cans chili beans
3 cans mexicorn
3 cans diced tomatoes
Optional:
Brown sugar (or substitute) to taste
Chili Powder
Tobasco for heat
Toppings:
Sour Cream
Diced raw onions
Cheese (Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Mexican 4 cheeses, etc)
Brown meat in large container. Add additional ingredients and simmer for hours (slow cooker or on stove). The longer the better. Mix occasionally during cooking. Serves about 12. Recipe can be adjusted since the ingredients are in equal proportion.
Serve topped with raw onions, sour cream and cheese based on personal choice
