1. Place spinach in microwavable dish and microwave on high 3-4 minutes or until just tender. Drain; press with paper towels to remove moisture. Mix spinach, spreadable cheese, and feta cheese until blended.
2. Spoon generous teaspoonful spinach mixture into each phyllo shell. Place in ungreased shallow pan.
3. Cut star shapes from bell pepper using sharp knife or small canape cutter. Sprinkle walnuts over tops of tarts. Place bell pepper star slightly upright on each tart. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
