12 C. lightly salted popped popcorn 1/2 C. butter or margarine 2 Tbsp. molasses 2 tsp. ground ginger 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp. salt
1. Heat oven to 350. Divide popcorn between 2 ungreased rectangular pans. 12x9x2 inches each. 2. Heat remaining ingredients in 1-qt saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until butter is melted. Pour over popcorn, tossing until completely coated. 3. Bake uncovered 10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes. Cool 10 min. 10 cups snack 1/2C. Cal=80, Fat=6g, Carb=5g, Fiber=1g, protein=1g, sodium=120mg
