2 Cans Captain Jim's Alaskan Smoked Salmon 1 C. grated cheese 1 C. soft bread crumbs 1 t. grated onion 1 t. melted butter 1 egg salt and pepper to taste
Beat egg slightly. Add smoked salmon, reserving liquid, cheese, bread crumbs, onion, butter, and seasoning. Mix thoroughly. Add Salmon liquid. Spread into greased loaf pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
