3 T. olive oil
2 med. green peppers, diced
3 lb. lean chopped meat
2 (40oz) cans red kidney beans, drained
2 beers, no lights
1 bottle VT Made Richard's BBQ sauce
1 (28oz) can crushed tomatoes
1-1/2 T. Kosher salt
3/4 C. Catsup
1 T. Oregano
3 large onions, diced
2 T. chopped garlic
3/4 t. cayenne pepper
6 T. chili powder
saute the onions, green peppers, garlic and oregano in oil. Add chopped meat, chili powder, salt and cayenne pepper. Cook 15 minutes on medium heat. Add beer and crushed tomatoes: cook for 15 minutes more. Add kidney beans catsup and BBQ sauce. Simmer for about 1 hour or until desired consistency.
