Preheat oven to 450
Season pork roast with salt and pepper. Place roast, fat side up, in a shallow roasting pan that has been lined with foil (allow foil to hang over sides by about 6 inches or more). Melt Flavor Master Jam and Butter in a small saucepan and stir in worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Brush half the sauce over the roast. Bring sides of foil up over roast and fold together to seal. Place pork in oven and let it roast for about 45 minutes.
Reduce oven temp to 350, fold foil down away from roast and baste roast with remaining jelly mixture. Continue to roast pork, uncovered, for another 20 minutes. Turn off oven but don't open the oven door. Let roast sit in hot oven for another 30 minutes.
Slice into thick slabs and serve while hot.
