1/4 C. cornflake crumbs 1/4 C. panko breadcrumbs 2 tsp fresh dill 2 tsp fresh chives 1 large garlic clove, minced 4 (4-oz) haddock fillets
1. Preheat oven to 425. In a shallow dish combine cornflake crumbs, panko, dill, chives, garlic and pepper to taste; mix well. Set aside. 2. Pour butter into an 11x7-in baking dish. Dip one side of each fillet in butter, then press buttered side into crumb mixture. Return fillets to baking dish, coated side up. 3. Bake 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve warm.
