Asian inspired Grilled Flat Iron Steak

Ingredients
1/2 C. low sodium soy sauce
1/2 C. Sherry
2 T. Honey
2 T. Sesame Oil
2 T. minced Ginger
2 T. minced Garlic
1/4 - 1 t. crushed Red Pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste
2 Flat Iron Steaks
Optional Garnish: 2 T. Toasted Sesame Seeds and 2 Green onions slivered

**also good with pork and chicken
Directions
1. Whisk all ingredients except steak and garnish in a bowl. Place the steaks and marinade in a resealable bag and chill in refrigerator 3-24 hours (chicken or pork 2-3 hours).  Remove from marinade and discard. 

2. Grill on high heat for 4 minutes on each side for medium rare.  Allow meat to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.  Sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds and green onion slivers to garnish, if desired.
