Chicken Garlic Peach Marinade

Ingredients
6 large chicken thighs
1/4 C. Peach Balsamic Vinegar
2 T. Honey
1 t. soy sauce
1/4 t. grated ginger
1/4 C. EVOO
Directions
Combine ingredients and allow to marinate for 2-4 hours in a resealable plastic bag.  Remove, drain and discard marinade.  Cook for 45 minutes in a 350 oven or on the grill until cooked through.

** Also good on fish and pork.
