1/4 C. Sicilian Balsamic Vinegar 1/2 C. EVOO 1/4 C. mined fresh basil or 1/8 C dried (or to taste) salt and fresh ground pepper to taste 3 drops hot pepper sauce lemon wedges 1 lb. firm-fleshed fish, such as salmon, mahi, or swordfish
Whisk together ingredients and pour over fish. Marinate about 30-45 minutes turning once. Discard marinade. Broil or grill on med-low heat 4-6 minutes per side. Squeeze lemon on each piece.
